Description:

this is used by the UISpec to ask for a possible overwrite of the namespace, in which majorKey bindings
are searched for.
This is only required in the ui-painter, as there is no application around in the builder,
but still we need to know the application's namespace in order find figure out what subaspects are there to show
in the painter's subAspects list.
Confusing - I admit.
